Mattress Warranty:
A one-year warranty is provided on the product for color changes or the appearance of blemishes on the surface of the duvet.
Duvet Cover Warranty (without filling):
A one-year warranty is provided on the product for color changes or the appearance of blemishes on the surface of the duvet cover. This warranty also covers inner fasteners and the duvet cover zipper.
Pillow Warranty:
A one-year warranty is provided in the case of clumping of the inner pillow filling.
Mattress Warranty:
A five-year warranty is provided in the case of mattress sagging.
Duvet Filling Warranty:
A one-year warranty is provided in the case of clumping of the inner duvet filling.

Shipments within Jeddah: After returning the product to the main company headquarters or one of its branches, the customer is provided with a product inspection receipt. If the returned product meets its warranty conditions, the product is replaced with another of the same category or price. If the replacement product has a higher value, the price difference is paid. If the returned product does not meet its warranty conditions, the customer must collect the product from the showroom where it was delivered within 7 days of the delivery date.

Shipments outside Jeddah: After the customer ships the product to our warehouses, the product is inspected, and the customer is informed of the inspection results within 3-7 days of receiving the product. If the returned product meets its warranty conditions, the product is replaced with another of the same category or price. If the replacement product has a higher value, the price difference is paid, and the customer bears the shipping cost. If the returned product does not meet its warranty conditions, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense, and the shipping cost of the product to the company's main headquarters in Jeddah will be borne by the customer.
The warranty does not cover the following: Misuse of the product, such as tearing the product during use. Washing the product in a manner inconsistent with its nature. If the product's warranty period has exceeded - response within 3-7 days from the date of receiving the product and informing it of the inspection result, and then taking the necessary actions.
