Terms of return and exchange

In our commitment to providing the best service to our esteemed customers, we have ensured that all your purchases from INREST Home are eligible for replacement within 7 days and returns within 3 days from the order arrival date.

In case of product damage: You can receive a full refund for the product value. The return or replacement process is free for defective products if they have a manufacturing defect and have not been used by the customer. The defective product will be replaced with another product of the same value and quality, with the requirement to return the product in its original packaging.

For replacements/returns without manufacturing defects: You can replace any product within 7 days and return any product within 3 days from receiving the order. The customer bears the shipping and return fees, along with any cash on delivery service fees if applicable.

If the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Provide the product purchase invoice or order number.
  • The replacement/return is for a product of the same type and value.

Return/Replacement Procedure: Follow these steps:

  1. Contact customer service and inform them of the return request.
  2. Pack all returned products securely in their original packaging, along with the shipping carton.
  3. Provide a return waybill that will be provided by customer service to give to the shipping company.
  4. Send the shipment to the main headquarters in Jeddah using the shipping company.

  6. After receiving and verifying the returned shipment's quality as shipped, the order amount will be refunded.
  • If payment was made via bank transfer, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days through bank transfer.
  • For payments made via Visa, MasterCard, or Mada, the amount will be refunded after 8 business days using the same payment method.
  • A deduction will be made from the shipment value if a product included in an offer or discount is returned.

 

Mattress Warranty Terms

The warranty period ranges between 3 and 5 years depending on the mattress type, starting from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers:

  • Mattress sagging.

This warranty does not apply in case of misuse or under any of the following conditions:

  1. If the mattress has been bent or folded.
  2. If the mattress is in an unhealthy, contaminated, or stained condition.
  3. When product failure results from causes other than material defects or manufacturing issues.
  4. If damage to the mattress or its core structure is caused by bed slats, lack of a flat base, or improper foundation.
  5. If the mattress has not been rotated or flipped every three months
  6. Any damage to the outer fabric cover, including misuse.
  7. If the mattress sagging is less than 7 cm.
  8. If the product is used for commercial purposes.
  9. Handles are not covered by the warranty. Please use handles only to position the mattress, not for tilting, lifting, or carrying.


Replacement and Return Policy
  • Return and replacement costs are borne by the customer, starting from SAR 150.
  • Custom-made mattresses are not included in the replacement or return policy.
