Because we are keen to provide the best service to our valued customers, we have been keen to make all your purchases from In Rest Home exchangeable within
7 days and return within 3 days from the date the order arrives to you.
In the event that the product is damaged:
You can get a full refund.
The return or exchange process is free for damaged products if they have a manufacturing defect, and the damaged product is replaced with another product of the same value and quality.
In the event of exchanging / returning a product without a manufacturing defect:
You can exchange any product within 7 days and retrieve any product within 3 days of receiving the order, and the customer bears shipping and return charges for the product in addition to the payment on receipt service fees “if any”.
If the following conditions are met:
The product must be in its original condition.
The product must be in its original packaging.
The existence of the product purchase invoice or order number.
The product is replaced / recalled with a product of the same type and value.
How to return or exchange a product:
Follow the following steps:
All return shipment products are packed well as you received.
Going to the shipping company and filling out the return policy on the In Rest Home account with the shipping company.
Send a copy of the return policy to us via WhatsApp and your account number, if the payment is by bank transfer.
Send the shipment to the main headquarters in Jeddah.

After receiving the returned shipment and making sure of its quality as it shipped, the money will be refunded.
– If the payment is made by bank transfer, the amount will be refunded after 8 working days via bank transfer.
– If the payment is made by (Visa – Master Card – Mada), the amount will be refunded after 8 working days with the same method of payment.
– A deduction is made from the shipment value if a product covered by an offer or discount is returned when it is returned.
